NBCC Nexus™ positions Black businesses and their teams to lead that transition — not respond to it.
NBCC Nexus™ is a credentialed AI certification program — not a training series. Participants complete a structured certification pathway and carry an NBCC Nexus™ credential that signals verified AI readiness to employers, partners, and institutional buyers.
These programs address workforce development and technology readiness at the intersection of where NBCC operates — inside Black-owned businesses, across the national chamber network, and through NBCC’s relationships with corporate partners, federal workforce agencies, and educational institutions.

NBCC brings its national network of corporate partners, educational institutions, and federal workforce relationships to this work — connecting participants to training resources, employer partnerships, and opportunities that extend well beyond the program itself.
