Before transitioning to a career in trade & development, Jane spent over 15 years in the US Aerospace & Defense Industry delivering innovative HR and business solutions in support of business growth and success. As a Human Resources Executive at Airbus, Jane provided strategic Human Resources counsel to the Chairman of Airbus North America and his Executive Team.
She also led Diversity, Inclusion and Employee Engagement activities for Airbus Group and its subsidiaries in the North America region and was responsible for setting the Diversity and Engagement strategy enabling Airbus to attract and retain the best talent and build a culture of engagement, agility and innovation. As a Strategic Human Resources Manager at BAE Systems, she held overall responsibility for the management and delivery of HR services for the company's regional offices in Washington DC and Northern VA.
