Nathan A. Dillard is a U.S. Air Force Veteran with a Top-Secret Security Clearance based out of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. He served ten years in the Department of Defense as a Knowledge Operator at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center before working as a government IT consultant for the defense contracting firm Booz Allen Hamilton. Dillard now serves as founder and CEO of LunarX Agency (DBA ElevateX), a Veteran Minority-Owned full-service digital & design consulting firm, which recently won Dayton Business Journal's 2021 Minority Business of The Year award, and also recently graduated from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program. LunarX recently launched its new suite of wrap-around consulting services called ElevateX Business Ecosystem. He is also the Digital Director for the Multicultural Media & Correspondence Association, where he created the BIPOCXChange which is the first ever Web3 digital ecosystem created to help Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) media owners increase ownership and control over who, what, where when and how their stories are told. Additionally, he is the Founder and Publisher of Elevate Dayton, a Black-owned digital platform where Dayton-area residents share their unique perspectives through written stories, videos, podcasts, photo galleries, and more.
