Armed with over 23 years of experience in retail management, Mama Faye’s skills were perfected while managing top brands such as Chanel, Tom Ford Cosmetics, Sisley Paris, Lancôme, Clinique, and Estée Lauder to name just a few. Her stellar reputation within the small world of the NYC beauty industry is that of a strong, reliable, and results-driven manager.

Her previous work for Shell Oil Senegal as An Executive Retail Manager facilitated extensive travels that powered her deep knowledge of the African market.

Mama Faye is also the Corporate Officer for Casa Industries SA in the USA, a food processing company based in Casamance, Senegal. Casa Industries ambitions is to implement a cashew, fruits, vegetables and peanut processing line. Mama Faye’s vision is to make strategic decisions that will allow casa Industries to understand and meet expectations of the strong international regulations in the food industry, but also understand the competition and create a strong value proposition to claim a space in the US/international market.
