Joseph J. Cecala, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dream Exchange, brings a multifaceted background as a civil rights attorney, securities lawyer, CPA, and former military officer. With over 30 years of experience in securities law and capital markets, Cecala has been instrumental in facilitating over 100 successful capital events for small businesses. Notably, he served as legal counsel for the entity that developed Archipelago, one of the first electronic communication networks, which became the foundation for the NYSE Arca exchange. Cecala's vision for Dream Exchange is rooted in creating equitable financial systems that empower all communities. His leadership is complemented by Dwain J.
